KITE’S YESCARTA® (AXICABTAGENE CILOLEUCEL) DEMONSTRATES HIGH RESPONSE RATES AND DURABLE REMISSIONS IN ALYCANTE STUDY AS INITIAL TREATMENT FOR TRANSPLANT INELIGIBLE PATIENTS WITH RELAPSED/REFRACTORY LARGE B-CELL LYMPHOMA.
Stockley Park, UK –18 September 2023 – Kite, a Gilead Company, today announced results from the Phase 2 ALYCANTE study, led and sponsored by the French collaborative group LYSA/LYSARC, for use of its chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy Yescarta ® (axicabtagene ciloleucel) in patients with relapsed/refractory (R/R) large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL) after one prior line of therapy who were deemed ineligible for high-dose chemotherapy (HDCT) and autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT). The full findings from the study were published in Nature Medicine.
